 We are in the vicinity of Umbertide, in an uncontaminated landscape where greenery is luxuriant. Here, on top of a gentle hill, in a reserved position almost hidden by the secular oak, lies Il Querceto, a pretty stone farmhouse on three levels.
It can be reached through 300 m of white road leading to the entrance door which is under a characteristic loggia.
The ground floor is reserved to the dining area. Here you can find: wide and equipped kitchen, dining room and hallway with wood burning stove.
The first floor is accessed via a terracotta tiled spiral staircase and leads to the lovely panoramic terrace, to three double bedrooms, two wide bathrooms and a smaller one.

The outside space offered by Il querceto is lovely. The patio, the pergola, the bread oven, the terraces and the pool with infinitive edge make the atmosphere relaxing and the time you spend here really enjoyable.
