The careful conservative restoration, started on 2000 and ended on 2004 has created different size units all benefiting of communal utilities such as the lift, the communal garden, the Castle private drive with electrical gate, the communal swimming pool.
“La Dimora affrescata” is a large completely restored two storey apartment; it is characterized by completely restored original frescoes dated back to 1700 as well as antique hand painted doors and light fittings.
The apartment has both a private entrance, on the ground floor, and the entrance with a security door, from the Castle communal space.
On the first floor there are three living-rooms, one of which with an old stone fireplace, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower; 17 old stone steps lead downstairs where there are a further room suitable either as a living-room or as a bedroom, a bedroom with bathroom en suite, laundry, private garage.
