 This Tuscany property for sale is placed in a very private and quiet position from where you can hear only the sound of Nature, facing south and overlooking the green rolling hills surrounding the Upper Tiber Valley; it is located at the borders of a small old village, only 8 kilometres away from the Tuscan town of Sansepolcro and at an altitude of 682 meters above the sea level.
Although not completely isolated the property enjoys very good privacy and the atmosphere is made absolutely perfect by the gorgeous panoramic view.
Next to a small stream we find the main farmhouse (395 square meters) completely constructed in old stone and disposed on three levels .

A characteristic staircase, with its twelve steps, leads to the raised ground floor comprised of a small hallway with a matrimonial bedroom with one window on the left; on the right two steps lead to a small corridor with a twin bedroom ( one window), bathroom with shower and a door opening into the rear of the barn.
All the floors are in handmade terracotta tiles and the ceilings are with original beams and terracotta tiles.
The small annexe is in need of a complete restoration but would be ideal to create a separate suite.
If we can make a personal comment we would like to say that walking through this property the feeling that you get is like being brought back to the past; the restoration has been made without touching the original charm of this traditional old Casale Toscano.
