A staircase in iron and wood leads from the living-room to the first floor where we find a small passageway with access to a large double bedroom with balcony on the left, and to a smaller double bedroom on the right. The bathroom here is with a jacuzzi bath tub and with two basins.
The barn has been restored to a very high standard too, the bathrooms are very modern.
The property is then completed by a large deposit for garden and pool stuff, a large garage, a laundry room and the tobacco tower( 21 square metres) which is currently set only on one floor but which, once restored, with the two further ceilings, could be easily converted into a small apartment.
