 In the heart of the green Umbria, among small towns full of history and evocative landscapes, we find this complex with three farmhouses and Spa.
Recently restored respecting the traditional features of the Umbrian farmhouse, these buildings are equipped with beautiful pool and all the comforts you may need.
The farmhouses are disposed on a hilly position of 3,5 hectares of panoramic land with olive grove.
First farmhouse - Casale il Colle
The first building is placed on top of a gentle hill and enjoys a beautiful view on the valley.
Disposed on two floors, this farmhouse is disposed as follows.
On the ground floor we find: living room with double porch, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, technical room and wood burning oven. On the first floor, then, there are three bedrooms, kitchen, wardrobe and three bathrooms.
Outside the property there is a lovely pool 10 x 7 m covered with Bisazza mosaic, with two infinity edges and with a beautiful view on the Tiber valley. The pool has upstream swim system and an automatic plastic covering. In the outside area there is also a barbecue, a shower and two small barns for wood and tool storage.
The farmhouse has also two rooms placed in the basement: one of 100 square metres made with reinforced concrete and used as garage and storage and the other one of 20 square metres used as laundry.
In front of the property there is also a beautiful sculpture of the artist Paolo Massei di Bevagna.
Second farmhouse- Casale Roseto
This second building is placed in a lower position with regard to “Casale il Colle”, but still very panoramic.
It is disposed on two floors plus a small tower where a further room has been created.
On the ground floor there are two common rooms with loggia and pergola, double bedroom with bathroom and technical room, vestibule and wood burning oven.
The first floor instead is composed of: three double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, wardrobe and reading room. On the top floor, finally, there is a further bedroom.
The external space includes a lovely swimming pool 7m x 10m with Bisazza mosaic.
Third farmhouse- Casale Nocino
Il Nocino lies in a very reserved position and enjoys a beautiful view too.
It includes: two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry room and vestibule.
The pool lies next to the property and has a circular shape. It has been realized with reinforced concrete and covered with Bisazza mosaic.
The telescopic covering makes its water warm even during cold seasons.

The wellness centre includes: gym room with equipment, sauna, Turkish bath, shower and bathrooms as well as many other things for fitness and relax.
