 Set at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level, Villa Anghiari is conveniently located only 3 Kilometers from the wonderful Medieval Village of Anghiari (5800 inhabitants) where you find main services such as shops, restaurants, banks, post office and chemist’s shops.
Sansepolcro (16.300 inhabitants) birthplace of Piero della Francesca and characterized by a typical Reinassance aspect, is only 12 kilometers away. From Sansepolcro you can take the E45 motorway.
Arezzo ( 100.000 inhabitants), a beautiful historical city with Etruscan Origins and many Roman remains, is only 28 Kilometers away. Arezzo is well known to have been the cinematographic set of the Film “ Life is Beautiful” with Roberto Benigni and also for its famous Antique fair which takes place every first week-end of the month.

Approaching the property you find, on your left, the main farmhouse, an old stone building set on two floors, dating back to 1500 .
Ground Floor:
The main entrance opens into the hall characterized by an antique Chinese chest and by an antique light fitting. Two doors, one on the right and the other on the left, open respectively to a wine storage pantry and a wardrobe.
Two steps down take you to the library with leather armchairs and ottoman, marble top console and stone urn lamps. Two steps on the right lead to the sitting room with antique stone fireplace (with sofas and ottoman). From here we reach, on the right, the wet bar and, from there the guest bathroom and, on the left, the dining room with antique Monks table.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel cupboards with Carrara marble counter tops and all the necessary electrical appliances plus place settings for 12 people.

From the sitting room, opposite to the kitchen, four steps down lead to the second master suite with French Antique bed and large bathroom with separate toilet and bidet room, shower and English footed bath tub and a romantic Balcony with pergola and breathtaking views.
The first floor is completed by another bedroom with en suite bathroom (with marble shower and marble sink top), a double bedroom and a bathroom with combined bath tub and shower.
