The area where this property lies has been inhabited ever since many ages ago. The first inhabitants were the Etruscans, who came here around the IV century . This area used to be one of the through-joint of the road that linked Cortona to Perugia by passing through the Trasimeno lake. A famous battle between the Romans and the Carthaginian, who won.
The estate, which develops for more than 300 hectares, dominates the valley from a superb position and offers a panoramic view on the nearby countryside. Destroyed after a blaze around 1400, was reconstructed after two centuries. The restoration, recently operated by using high quality materials, has brought back the property to its ancient splendour by creating 7 apartments with excellent finishes.
The estate composes of 9 buildings, four of which are used for a rental business.
The main villa The villa, 600 square metres in all, is disposed on two levels and is disposed as follows. Ground floor: reception, restaurant, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there are four apartments, three of which are composed of: living room, kitchen and bedroom and the other one with two bedrooms and living room with terrace.
Casale Cervo This farmhouse, completely independent, is disposed on two floors with wine bar and cellar of the ground floor and an apartment composed of: kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor.
Casale Allodola This annex, free on four sides, is disposed on two floors and comprises: bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor and kitchen with dining on the first floor.

Centro aziendale Composed of many annexes for a total surface of 1600 square metres together with a partially restored farmhouse of 200 square metres.
Caretaker’s apartment Completely restored, measures 200 square metres approx.
The property is completed by other buildings to be renovated, respectively of: 90, 120 and 200 square metres. The garden, very well exposed to the sun, is perfectly maintained and comprises a swimming pool with infinitive edge and 360° view on the valley.
The estate is immersed in 315 hectares of land with 100 ha of agricultural and pasture land, 215 ha of woodland (30 hectares of chestnut wood). 2500 olive trees and also comprises hunting reserve with natural trails.
