The complex is composed of a majestic main villa and two rustic stone farmhouses set in a lush and extremely beautiful Italian garden.
Villa della Luce
The main structure of the villa dates back to 1500, while later additions and beautiful frescoes reflect the artistic period of the 18th century. The enchanting walled garden was featured in a book on elegant Lucchesi villas and formal Italianate gardens. The expansive garden will delight you with its extensive grapevine pergola, ancient grottos and fountains, and swimming pool. For those wanting a little more exercise, the villa offers a gymnasium and a private tennis court.
One of the three-room premier suites, has a separate salon with fireplace and a large bathroom with antique tub, double marble basin, and a glass shower that allows sympathetic integration with the historic frescoes.
The three deluxe rooms are very spacious and have magnificent scenic frescoes.
The villas premium rooms are located off the main drawing room that is decorated with beautiful Tuscan silk curtains, marble fireplace, fine antiques and grand piano.
The upper floor houses the villa’s other magnificent premier suite, which boasts its own kitchenette and dining area together with a large bathroom, antique tub and walk-in open marble shower. The two cosy attic bedrooms are located off the sumptuous cinema room, which has ample velvet sofas and a state-of-the-art entertainment system with a giant plasma screen.
Casa Olivi
Casa Olivi is an elegant six-bedroom building with graceful tall wood-beamed ceilings, located within the south-facing lemon garden of the main villa. On sunny days you will dine ‘al fresco’ in the garden surrounded by the scent of the lemon trees, enjoying the stunning panoramic views of the nearby mountains, the charming farmhouses and the olive groves on the hill.
The philosophy for the renovation of this atmospheric Italian villa began with a deep respect for the existing architecture, while creating luxurious, modern accommodation for our guests. All the six spacious bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and top quality beds.
The adjoining limonaia has been converted to create a beautiful open-plan kitchen and dining room with Tuscan fireplace and a separate sitting room also with fireplace. The stone-columned pergola across from the limonaia dining hall creates an intimate haven for relaxing, reading, playing a game of chess or simply enjoying a glass of ‘vino’ on its soft banquettes.
For those wanting a little exercise, Casa Olivi offers its own small, plunge pool and use of the main Villa Luce tennis court.

Casa Rosa
Casa Rosa is a 400 square meter (4,400 square foot) house with lovely views from the towers of Lucca to the charming farmhouses and olive groves on the local mountains.
Casa Rosa has six bedrooms, four reception rooms and a lovely garden with terrace. It has full radiator heating and the bedrooms have air conditioning for all year round comfort. The spacious rooms have top quality beds and en-suite bathrooms. The tasteful renovation includes antique furniture and wardrobes. The curtains and bedspreads are made of specially selected designer fabrics.
Casa Rosa can be separated into two three-bedroom homes. The eastern part has a large demonstration kitchen and sitting area with beautiful frescos and a separate dining room with fireplace. The west-side, instead, has a private salon with fireplace and an open plan kitchen/dining room. On sunny days, you will dine ‘al fresco’ in the garden under the shade of an old cherry tree.

The estate is completed by a large plot of land with a beautiful olive grove and three swimming pool, one for each villa. The largest one, placed near Villa Luce, is heated.
The property also has a large tennis court.
